I am excited to be doing this 5k…although I am not a runner this is not your typical race. I am walking/light jogging it with some of my good foxy friends and our “hounds”.  The Fox and the Hound 5k gives the foxes (female participants) a head start, before the release of the hounds (male participants.) At the finish, the foxes, hounds, and other supporters will enjoy food and drinks at the Bulldog after-party with all proceeds going to United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cincinnati.

I guess I need to put down the candy bar and start training!!
