Right now, Dulce Designs Candy accepts PayPal payments only. All sales are final.


Current turnaround time is 14 days after payment has cleared and sent via the U.S. Postal Service. If I’m going to take longer than 14 days to ship your order, I will communicate directly with you.

International orders are also shipped within 14 days after payment has cleared. I assure you most international orders get sent out within 14 days of purchase. If I’m going to take longer I will communicate directly with you. Please Note: Shipping to Canada and other various countries has been taking up to 8 weeks to receive. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees related to purchase. All customs fees and import duties are paid by the buyer at the time of arrival. It is impossible for me to know all countries fees and duties, so if you are concerned about import/duty fees – please call your postal service. I cannot declare items sent internationally as “gift” on customs forms or declare lower value.

It is suggested that you insure your package, but I will not unless it is requested. Uninsured packages will not be refunded if damaged or undelivered. Please email me for adjusted shipping rates.

If you are concerned about your item(s) arriving safely, please feel free to contact me and we can arrange adding the optional insurance to your purchase at an additional charge. Tracking can be added to any purchase under $50 for a $1 additional fee. Orders over $50 will have tracking added gratis.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If you’re not happy with what you have purchased, please contact me directly.

Though it is incredibly rare, and I package very safely, sometimes orders get roughly handled in the mail. If there is damage I am happy to offer a refund, a replacement, or store credit. All breakage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the item, and I will promptly contact you to resolve the issue.

Orders will be sent to the ship to address indicated on your **Paypal payment**. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a difference between it and your address of choice then contact us to confirm the correct and full postal address. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due discrepancies with PayPal delivery addresses.

Hot Weather Shipping

During warmer weather months please consider adding an icepack to your order as well expedited shipping. Please convo me for additional rates for expedited shipping as well as icepacks. We only ship orders containing meltables on Mondays and Tuesdays during warm weather to ensure that your candy will not be stuck in a hot UPS or FedEx center or truck over the weekend. Please remember, we do not refund for products melted during transit, so consider ordering candies that are not as heat-sensitive during times of warm weather.
