Good morning all you candy lovers!

I am not sure if you all have heard of Amy Atlas, I had not until I started doing candy buffets.

Well for those of you who are not aware of who she is…she is a GENIUS! She designs, decorates and bakes/creates candies and desserts for the most amazingly sweet displays ever.  She is based out of NYC and has the most eye catching dessert tables I have ever seen…they truly are pieces of art. I thank her for doing so much of an awesome job that the candy buffet trend has continued to spread to other states and many brides nationwide are wanting candy/dessert buffets for their own wedding. She blogs and tweets daily and her comments are always an inspiration to anybody that has a sweet tooth!
